Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water, plus more as needed
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped kale leaves
  • 1 green apple, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water to plain water and process briefly.
