Mango and passionfruit soy cream dessert

This recipe is vegan friendly.

Ingredients (serves 4)


  1. Remove skin from mangoes. Roughly chop flesh. Place into a blender or food processor with soy milk, ice-cream and sugar. Blend or process until smooth.
  2. Spoon into chilled serving glasses. Drizzle with passionfruit. Serve with almond bread.
