Tasty, healthy and easy to make!



  1. Cube the tofu into bite size pieces.
  2. Stir in a dash of tamari.
  3. Cover with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Fry briefly on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Eat alone or mix into a fresh green salad.


    Any dried herbs can be added for extra flavour. Chilli works well.
    For extra crispness, cover the tofu in flour before adding salt and pepper
